Blazer Pump Kit Install

Parts shown below are included in the kit.

Remove the front ASA screw with the included allen wrench

Remove the front ASA screw from the verticle bottle adapter.

The pump guide should have four o-rings on it. The two larger rings are for 2k Blazers. The smaller rings are for 1k Blazers.

Install the new pump guide where the old ASA screw was removed.

The included longer hex wrench is needed in order to install the guide. You might need a small wrench  to help you get a little more torque.

Pull out this little lug with the o-ring on it.  The o-ring helps the pump connecting arm avoid hitting the ram housing. A drop of Blue thread locker is recommended.

  5/64 hex wrench not included.

Cock the gun by hand and leave the Master Link in the rear position.

Now slide on the pump assembly/connecting arm just past the ram bushing.

This part takes two hands. Pull down and hold the connecting arm, Now slide the Master-Link so that it lines up with the hole. Let go of the arm so it slides up onto the newly installed lug. Turn down the Rock pressure with a few small adjustments and your done.   You can turn off the rock completely or use a small amount of pressure to return the pump forward like a spring.

Warning. Shooting the Blazer in semi mode with the pump kit installed is fun but very hard on the ram shaft.

1k Blazers with the Upgraded Master Link might need a small hole drilled an tapped for the pump lug.
